• Alternate Character Interpretation:
  • Is the cop who questions Briggs about Lulu attacking a Muslim man really a Bigot with a Badge who is amused by the incident? Or is he trying to lull Briggs into a false sense of security either to get an incriminating admission or due to the Inter-Service Rivalry between MPs and Rangers? Or both?
  • Is the homeless smash-and-grab thief a Phony Veteran or a real one? He's evasive when asked which unit he served with, but Ethan says there are many desperate vets who behave similarly to the homeless man. Additionally, the credits call him "homeless vet".
