• Ass Pull: Given the Doctor's apparent inability to do anything to help free Toby or at least treat his typhoid fever in "The Curse of the Black Spot", his producing a cure for Cleaves' blood clot upon gaining access to the TARDIS comes across as incredibly convenient.
• Alternate Character Interpretation: Was Amy's dislike for the (appparent) Ganger Doctor just a case of Jerkass Ball, or was the fact that she was experiencing it through a Ganger body affecting her personality?
