Continuity Lockout: To understand the alternate timeline, you'll need to have watched basically every episode of the canonical timeline since Donna's first appearance in "The Runaway Bride".
Les Yay: The fortune teller gives seductive vibes, caressing Donna's palm in a sensuous way. Also Rose and Donna, with Donna outright thinking Rose is hitting on her at one point.
Donna: Blonde hair may work on men, but you ain't shifting me, lady.
Moral Event Horizon: The Fortune-teller and Trickster crossed this when they made Donna turn right, which created a parallel world, where the Doctor is dead, multiple catastrophes and disasters are not prevented, led to the destruction of reality itself.
The end scene where the Doctor sees "Bad Wolf" written everywhere, including on the TARDIS doors, is a little goofy, as well as the following line:
Donna: What does "Bad Wolf" mean? Doctor:It's the end of the universe!
Stock Footage Failure: The AMNN news report on the Adipose disaster in the US clearly uses stock footage from "Partners in Crime" of the Adipose in London... which, quite apart from anything else, has been destroyed by this point in the alternate timeline.
What Do You Mean, It's Not Political?: The Fortune-Teller and the Trickster create a racist, fascist government to take over Britain by making Donna turn right at a junction.
