- Designated Villain: Sabine full stop. She is made out to be a ruthless antagonist when, in reality, she is literally enforcing the law and some amount of justice against proven criminals. Claims of her ruthlessness are also seen to be unfounded when it is revealed that she has only attacked others in self-defense and that she intentionally leaves them alive if possible. Tamito even has the gall at one point to say that she isn't allowed to judge Harukana. This is especially frustrating when you take into the fact that she is the only person capable of actually remembering the crimes Harukana committed.
- Squick:
- More than a few readers are creepied out by Momozono Momoka especially her larger dildos that she pulls out of her crouch.
- While fans do admit she's funny, it is gross that Komori Hinako regularly eats Ichimaru's hair and his photographs.
- The Woobie:
- Ichimura. The guy has the worst luck ever to the point he was kidnapped on the day he was born!
- Harukana when her past is revealed in chapter 28.
