- Ensemble Dark Horse: Some internet reviewers, including The Cinema Snob, actually spoke fondly of the groundskeeper for being the only person in the entire movie to point out how pointless the investigation really is.
- Narm: The theft of some random book at a Summer camp being called a worse crime than murder. No, seriously, that is a thing that is said in this movie with complete and utter seriousness. The book in question isn't even a Bible or anything, it's just some book!
- Padding: The majority of the movie's 32-minute runtime has the detective asking people the exact same copy-pasted questions over and over.
