• Catharsis Factor: After Louise becomes money-greedy, paranoid, and overly aggressive, and considering Mickey and the Nose are both unrepentant criminals no matter how affable they are, it's pretty enjoyable to see their spirits absolutely crushed when the ambergris is destroyed, all because they couldn't keep their greed in check.
• Fridge Horror: Much like 13 year-old Tina going off with Bronconius last episode without any adult supervision, 9 year-old Louise meeting with a known criminal alone. Much like Bronconius, The Nose doesn't actually do anything other than scam her, but horror sinks in when one realizes that he very easily could have.
