• Hilarious in Hindsight:
  • One of the updates mentions that, with Germany gone in 2012, Netherlands won the 2014 FIFA World Cup, delivering a crushing defeat to Brazil in the finals. Come the actual event, the Netherlands did in fact end up facing off against Brazil and inflicting a humiliating defeat on them (though in the 3rd place match, not the final - which, of course, went to Germany).
• Nightmare Fuel: Par the course for the Warhammer World, but special mention has to go to the descriptions of the horrific tortures the Dark Elves regularly inflict upon their victims.
  • The assault into the deep tunnels beneath the Skaven capital of Skavenblight deliver this one update after another.
• Wham Episode: The Warhammer World is already a pretty GRIMDARK place to live, but one episode that really hits home is when Skaven saboteurs derail a German high-speed train, causing hundreds of deaths in the accident. The description of the aftermath of the trainwreck and the experiences of the rescue workers is heart-wrenching to say the least. It's only made worse when you learn that this chapter was based on a horrifying real life disaster.
• A World Half Full: Warhammer World, as in canon, was the quintessential Crapsack World prior to Germany's arrival. Readers, however, are cautiously optimistic though that the Germans and their advanced technology might just be enough to tip the scales. Only time will tell ... and indeed, one update offering a small glimpse 90 years into the future shows this might be the case, and even if Chaos can never be truly defeated, they can at least be contained.
