YMMV / A Little Curious

Go To

  • Accidental Innuendo: In "Beginning of Life", Mr. Shoe explains to Mary Jane and Lacey about babies after they ask. He says "Babies come from mommies and daddies, they make babies because they love each other!..."
    • Doris the door singing "I'm not sticky gooey, I'm sticky stuck!"
    • Another "sticky" example in "Hot and Sticky", where the characters mope around in hot weather, moaning and saying things like "I'm hot..." and "I feel.... sticky."
    • "Swinging with Mr. String" has the titular character attached to a yo-yo, swinging around and going up and down. What's bad about this? Well, the highly strange "Ooh..... AHHH!" sounds he makes.
  • Accidental Nightmare Fuel: The CGI animation itself. Thanks to Special Effects Failure, the animation can come across as super creepy to some.
  • Funny Moments: You've gotta feel sorry for Mr. String some times. He tries really hard, but always seems to mess up.
  • Nightmare Fuel: Near the end of "Winning Smile" contains Pencil giving out a horrifying wide stretched out grin only to scare the hell out of the viwer.
  • Hilarious in Hindsight: Mr. String is almost identical to the Jerrys.
  • Retroactive Recognition: Bob was played by Cameron Bowen, who would later be familiar to those who watch Young Justice (2010) as Robin.
  • Tear Jerker:
    • "First, Last, and Always". It's one of the few times we see Pad and Pencil argue (though they do make up before the end of the segment).
    • "The Love of My Life", which consists of Doris remeniscing on the man she loved, but passed away.
    • "Covered with Kisses" (a.k.a. "First Aid") counts as both this and Heartwarming. Poor Bob gets a boo-boo, but Mop makes him feel better with band-aids and kisses.
    • In one segment that has Bob and Little Cup playing cowboys, the latter worries that being a sidekick means literally getting his side kicked, and nearly cries in worry. Luckily, Bob immediately assures him otherwise and decides to switch roles with him.
