Pet Squad was an animated CBBC show from 2011.
Pet Squad provides examples of:
- Animal Superheroes: The three main characters are pets who can transform into anthropomorphic superheroes.
- Catchphrase: "Ahahaha!" "Hiya! Meow!" and "Urp. Sorry" are the transformation cries for the characters.
- Catapult to Glory: The three usually begin their transformation by leaping into three chutes, except Bingo who's thrown into his.
- The main trio consists of two male dogs (Dodge and Bingo), and a female cat named Sheeba.
- Masquerade: The main characters communicate with their owner through animal noises, since they don't want to spook him if they speak. Happens noticeably in "The Stick Up" when Dodge starts talking out of nowhere but when their owner looks, he starts panting and barking instead.
- Stock Animal Behavior: The main characters do this A LOT. Dodge the beagle who scratches usually behind his ear and has a tendency for digging for bones, Sheeba the cat who is easily scared by things which cause her to meow in fear and Bingo the guinea pig who acts silly.
- That Poor Cat: The main female of the team usually screeches when scared.
- Talking Animal: The crew are this when their owner is not around. They only talk to each other when not supervised, but can talk to anyone when they are.
