is a humor website run by the eponymous Syd Lexia, alongside other guest posters such as Valdronius and Kris Lexia. The site's content is mostly focused on pop culture from the 80s and 90s, especially video games.

- Added Alliterative Appeal: Lampshaded in the description of "A Totally Terrific Tribute To Taito".
Alliteration is always awesome. You know what else is awesome? The Taito Corporation.
- Alt Text: Many of the images on the articles, especially older ones, feature additional jokes or commentary from the author if hovered over. For posts about video games, however, the title screen image always has a copyright notice.
- And That's Terrible: In the article Pac-Man: An Accurate Simulation of Your Meaningless Life, one parallel Syd draws between Pac-Man and real life is the fact that keys are valuable. He provides a scoring guide for the different types of keys you can own in real life. Keys to "The Shackles of Your Slaves" are worth the most, but this qualifier is included below:
**IMPORTANT NOTE:** Slavery is quite illegal under U.S. federal law and it is generally frowned upon in 42 of the 48 continental states, as well as Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Furthermore, attempting slavery is a good way to get yourself shot in the face. Repeatedly. As a result, the international scoreboard maintained by Twin Galaxies does not recognize high scores obtained via slavery. Famed gamer Billy Mitchell has heavily criticized this decision.
- Bait-and-Switch: "Mega Man 3: A Stinking Pile Of Crap" looks like it's going to be talking about the beloved NES game at first... only to reveal that it's actually a review of the far worse, far more obscure DOS version of the game.
- Color-Coded for Your Convenience: Articles written by other people than Syd himself are given a different color scheme.
- Indestructible Edible: Discussed in Syd's article on Cabbage Patch Kids cereal. He mentions that the cereals that contain more artificial flavours tend to hold up better over time... and unfortunately for him, Cabbage Patch Kids cereal was an outright healthy cereal, and he could only handle about four spoonfuls before getting sick. For the other cereals, it's downplayed; most of the expired ones remain barely edible, but have clearly degraded over time, and the marshmallows tend to shrivel up faster than the rest of the cereal.
- Insane Troll Logic:
- "DuckTales Is Impossible And Reality As We Know It Is A Giant Fucking Lie" has Syd use a variation of Zeno's Paradox to "prove" that the NES DuckTales is unbeatable... and that the reality we inhabit is not the true reality. Along the way, he also briefly convinces himself that he is a god through similar means.
- "Pong: Violent, Sexist, and Vile" has Syd attempt to convince the reader that Pong is a violent game that contributes to male power fantasies and objectifies women. It's even lampshaded at the end of the article.
I know what you're thinking thus far: Syd Lexia, you're full of shit. And hell, maybe I am. I'm high as fuck on bath salts right now and most of the evidence that I've presented thus far is "open to interpretation" as you fuckwads in academia like to say. On top of that, four of my previous seven points are the exact same point argued in four slightly different ways. - "DuckTales Is Impossible And Reality As We Know It Is A Giant Fucking Lie"
- Jobber: "Jobbers of the NES" goes over a list of 10 of the weakest characters in NES games, characterizing them as jobbers and listing their "Deadliest Move" and threat rating. Naturally, Glass Joe is at a high position on the list.
- Masochist's Meal: Several articles on the site have Syd attempting to eat food which is many years out of date, such as Cabbage Patch Kids cereal from 1985 or Star Wars cookies from 1983.
- The Stinger: Every article has a final line of all-caps text, usually either one final joke or a phrase from earlier in the article, which links you back to the main page.
- You Can't Get Ye Flask: Syd has to grapple with the text parser in Mystery House in his review of the game, and quickly grows frustrated. He even provides the page quote.
"Dammit! So let's recap: there are four directions that I can move in and none of them work. What the fuck am I supposed to do?"
