Rex, the titular Dog Nigga
Dog Nigga, a.k.a. Dog Ningen, is a webcomic written and drawn by DH Animations with SerbianHero redrawing it.
Rex is half human and half dog. He was conceived when his human father (a drunken Dirty Old Man on the street) raped his female dog mother. His disturbing heritage has led to Rex living a life rejected by all of society, with most of his days spent in hiding. To sate Rex's desire for revenge, he is going to find his father... and he's going to RAPE HIM.
Along the way, Rex encounters other social outcasts with superhuman abilities just like him, in his quest to...well, you know...
As you can tell from the premise, the webcomic doesn't take itself seriously and throws the whole Rape as Drama thing out of the window from the premise alone. There are currently 5 volumes (25 chapters) at the time of this writing.
This comic contains examples of:
- Ambiguously Brown: While Rex and Neo are explicitly Black, it's unclear what ethnicity Trish is supposed to be.
- Art Evolution: Despite being drawn digitally, the earliest chapters of Dog Nigga are rendered in a much rougher way and it's harder to make out what's happening during fight scenes. Still, SerbianHero has a clear understanding of composition, backgrounds and lighting as evidenced in double page spreads
. By chapter 20, even if it still looks a little rough, the artist's improvement over linework, faces and anatomy is noticeable. - Artistic License – Biology: Needless to say, a human can't interbreed with dogs, much less creating a perfectly hybridal offspring like Rex. Then again, superpowers also exist within the setting so it's pretty clear their world has significant difference from ours.
- Ax-Crazy: Kyle the school shooter, whom Rex accidentally happens upon. His motive is to wipe out bullying by killing all bullies.
- Bestiality Is Depraved: The protagonist is the product of a drunk raping a dog.
- Bullet Catch: One of the three dogs that Rex enhances during the School Shooting Arc easily catches 3 bullets with it's mouth.

- Crippling Castration: Played for laughs, of course. One of Rex's 'special' moves is to bite his opponent's penis off, which he succeeds with Neo after their first battle. He tries it on Trish, forgetting that women don't normally have male genitalia, and she uses his error as an opportunity to use her black hole vagina on him.
- Dark and Troubled Past: So far all of the superpowered characters introduced have had terrible childhoods. Rex, Neo, and Trish are all social outcasts, with Rex and Trish living without parents most of their life and Neo growing up with his abusive dad who forced him into assassination and is implied to have murdered his mother in a fit of rage caused by Neo.
- Death by Childbirth: Rex's mother died after giving birth to him.
- Deconstruction: It's a Shōnen parody wrapped up in a neat little seinen package. Most of the characters are uncharismatic, their tragic backstories are more messed up than most shonen heroes, and their superpowers have a more explicit sexual nature behind them (for example, Trish's vagina is a literal black hole). To top it all off, the main hero's quest to revenge rape his dad is far from a noble goal.
- Defeat Means Friendship: Despite Rex biting Neo's penis off, after some consideration Neo decided to become Rex's friend. In the webcomic's most recent issue it appears that Trish is going to end up the same way, with her sympathizing with Rex's plight as a hybrid.
- Dirty Cop: Officer Beau seems to be one. He ignores evidence of Rex and Neo being innocent for an unrelated explosion in the city during their first fight just so he can book them for the school shooting caused by Kyle. It also turns out that he's a racist by referring to them by the n-word...with a hard r!
- Eye Scream: Subverted; Kyle shoots Rex directly in the eye, but the bullet shatters on impact and only leaves some residue and scarring around the eyelids, while the eyeball itself is perfectly fine.
- Intentionally Awkward Title: This... should be self-explanatory.
- I Just Want to Be Normal: Both Rex and Neo yearn to live normal lives. For Rex the obvious fact that he's a dog-man hybrid makes it seem impossible. And all little Neo wanted to do was to become an artist but his psychopathic father trained him to be an assassin instead.
- Ms. Fanservice: Trish, aka Cat Bitch. She wears a tight bodysuit with a hole for her tail to poke through. She's also very curvy and well-endowed.
- Mythology Gag: In volume 2, chapter 9, the comic Kyle is reading is Scarf Man, which was also created by DH Animations.
- Protagonist Title: Dog Nigga refers to the main protagonist Rex, who is both a dog and a... human of ancestry from the continent of Africa. Dog Ningen means Dog Human, so this alternative title also refers to Rex.
- Roaring Rampage of Revenge: The plot of the series. Rex's motivation is to have revenge on his dad for being such an abusive, evil and all-around lousy human being by raping him.
