Demon Wings is a dark fantasy webcomic, hosted on ComicFury. It follows a succubus, named Leandra, as she realizes that she cannot harm any other being without feeling guilty. Along with her are her childhood friend, Candy, who is infatuated with Leandra and enjoys hurting other beings, and a mysterious demon, named Dagger, who gives Leandra clues about why she is different from the others.

The story is set to have three arcs, each focusing on a different main character. The first arc was focused on Leandra, the second on Candy, and the third will be on Dagger.

Demon Wings provides examples of:

  • All Myths Are True: Obviously all of the tales about the humans and angels living with the demons weren't just myths...
  • Ambiguously Human: Even Leandra isn't sure if she's really a demon or an angel/human in disguise.
  • Art Evolution: It started out with a shaky chibi style, with thick lines, but became more manga style.
  • Clingy Jealous Girl: Candy, to Leandra. She's very jealous of Dagger, even going as far to lying to Leandra about something important, just to have her NOT go to Dagger and have Leandra to herself.
  • Expressive Ears: Leandra, on several occasions. Her ears droop when she's upset.
  • False Friend: Dagger, to Leandra. She was pretending to be her friend even though she really couldn't care less about Leandra.
  • Flash Back: Leandra has a flash back to remember an important event, in strip #38.
  • Giant Spider: Candy and Leandra are chasing a giant spider that stole Candy's choker in the beginning of the second arc.
  • Grotesque Cute: The style of characters is cute, even though some of them are mutilated.
  • Humans Are Special: Humans can choose to be pure or corrupt, whereas demons can only be corrupt and angels can only be pure, in heart.
  • I Just Want to Have Friends: Leandra, after learning that two of her closest friends aren't what they seem to be.
  • Internal Monologue: Leandra, on many accounts. Mostly when she's been hurt by her friends and can't stop thinking about it.
  • My God, What Have I Done?: Leandra, after she graphically kills a few wood nymphs, in strip #33.
  • No Name Given: No one, except for the main characters, seem to have a name.
  • Precision F-Strike: Candy to Leandra in strip #44.
  • Really 700 Years Old: All of the characters look like teens/young adults, but are hundreds of years old.
  • Reset Button: The events at the end of the first arc seem to have been reset, although the characters maintain some memory of what happened.
