Tropes:
- Antagonist in Mourning: Nico laments Natsuki's death in their second battle, although her sympathy is admittedly backhanded and moreso a result of her not being able to beat her in rap again.
- April Fools' Plot: The video "[BADLY TRANSLATED] Nico Yazawa vs Natsuki - Rap Battle" was released for April Fools Day and features a badly translated version of the Nico vs Natsuki battle.
- Battle Rapping: The channel's videos pit mostly anime characters against each other in rap battles.
- Everyone Has Standards: Nico calls Riku heartless for taking Natsuki's place in the second battle.
- Five-Second Foreshadowing: In the the second battle between Nico and Natsuki, you can briefly see Riku standing behind Natsuki at the beginning, looking ready to strike. When the battle starts a few seconds later, Riku interupts Natsuki's rap by impaling her and raps instead of her.
