Web Video / Pinnie The Whoo

Go To

Pinnie the Whoo is a series of Winnie the Pooh videos on YouTube by TonyYorkieSilky1991 that can best be described as a series of YouTube Poops and, starting with Pinnie the Whoo VII: A Few Smackerals More, a hybrid Abridged Series and YouTube Poop. The series follows the misadventures of Whoo and his friends in the Hundred-Acre Wood and beyond. Mostly they're parodies of episodes of The New Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, although occasionally other Pooh media such as educational shorts, video games, and the film are used. The voices are achieved with a combination of A.I synthesized voices from the websites Uberduck.AI and 15.AI and, occasionally, sentence-mixing. Currently, due to the Winnie the Pooh voices being removed from Uberduck.AI and 15.AI still down for maintenance, the series is on an indefinite hiatus.

Pinnie The Whoo contains the following tropes (that should've stayed at home):

  • Adaptation Distillation: Chunks of the original source material being poop'd are omitted in order to streamline the final product

  • Adaptation Expansion: Rabbit’s relatives that visit him are clarified to be his cousins.

  • Adaptational Explanation:
    • Trap as Trap Can didn't provide A reason why Mama Heffalump was absent from Papa and Junior Heffalump. The Heffalump Sneezes Twice explains that Henry and Heffilina Heffalumpson were arguing over the former's allergies, bringing up a potential divorce. Heffalina was then sent flying by Henry Heffalumpson's sneeze, never to be seen again.

    • In Gofur the Gold, Christopher Robin, Kanga, and Roo were absent and unable to be referees because the former had school that day while the latter two were in Australia.

    • In Thanksgiving, but No Thanksgiving, Kanga and Roo are on vacation in Melbourne, Australia, which is why they're not celebrating Thanksgiving with Whoo and the gang.

  • Adaptation Explanation Extrication: The Piglet Who Would Be King features a subplot where Pooh can’t find Rabbit, Piglet, or Tigger and, after concluding that they’ve been kidnapped by a honey-napper, honey-napper-proofs his house. Because this subplot in The Land of Bacon and Eggs is reduced to a single scene where Whoo wonders out loud where everybody went, the conclusion to this subplot features Whoo "Having barricaded his windows and doors for some strange reason" without any further elaboration.

  • Adaptational Name Change:

    • Winnie the Pooh is now called Pinnie the Whoo.

    • Nasty Jack has been renamed to Nasty Ass.

    • The Land of Milk and Honey has been renamed to The Land of Bacon and Eggs.

    • The Pygmy Piglets are now called the Inagadda-Davida Tribe.

    • Bruno is now Primo the Clockwork Primate (Also known as the Primate Prime Minister of Parties.)

    • Ted, Pinky, and Vacuum Head are renamed to Dinnie the Foo, Biglett, and Kaplan.

    • Stan Woozle, Heff Heffalump, and Wooster are renamed to Wesley Woozle, Hambo Heffalump, and Winston Woozle respectively.

    • Skippy the dog is renamed to Cujo.

    • Papa, Mama, and Junior Heffalump are renamed to Henry, Heffalina, and Heffy Heffalumpson respectively.

    • The monster Birdzilla is renamed to Super D-Rex.
      • In addition, the movie named after him is renamed to Super Duper Monster Brawl a Go Go Go.

  • Adaptational Nationality:
    • In "Back to School with Winnie the Pooh", the kid with the blond Afro is named Kazaar and is from Europe. In "Tales from Hundred Acre Wood High", his name is Andre and he explicitly states that he's from Paris, France.

    • In Lights, Camera, Oh Bother, one of the ushers is confirmed to be Scottish.

    • In "The Wish List Star" and "I Wish Whoo a Merry Christmas", the bugs that tormented Rabbit are French, due to the leader wearing the same hat as Napoleon Bonaparte's.

    • In Once Upon a Time(In the Hundred Acre Wood), Hambo speaks with a Russian accent.

  • Added Alliterative Appeal:

    • "Goddamn you parasitic parasites from Paris!"

    • Rabbit takes a vacation to Roger Rabbit’s Resort for Bustling Bunnies.

    Piglet: Holy shitty sparkling sprinkles!

  • The Aristocrats: Primo declares that he's off to work on his version of said joke.

  • Ask a Stupid Question...: When Piglet asks Rabbit if he's dealing with a (very obvious) crow problem, Rabbit's response is "...of course I have a crow problem! What does it look like I'm doing? Inviting these bastards to binge watch The Mandalorian on Disney+?!"

  • Ass Shove: What Piglet threatens to do to a member of the Inagadda-Davida Tribe using the spring that Whoo gave him if said tribal member doesn't back off.

  • Bad Review Threat: In "Gaffes in the Garden", Rabbit declares that he intends to leave a one-star review on Yelp for Roger Rabbit's Resort for Bustling Bunnies as it "was the worst vacation [he'd] ever had" (there was a rave outside the resort and someone brought a goat to the swimming pool).

  • The Big Bad Wolf: Eeyore threatens to harm the Big Bad Wolf after his house falls down.

  • Big Friendly Dog: Cujo, to the point where his interactions with his family are reframed as him being over-eager to play with them (as opposed to him trying to attack them in a rabid rage).

  • Big "NO!": Rabbit screams "No!" when Gopher is about to blow up the treasure chest full of rocks in ''Pirates of the Hundred Acre Wood."

    • When Rabbit points out that there are no sharks in the Hundred Acre Wood (After Gopher asks if Rabbit wants to go shark hunting with Whoo and the rest of the gang), Gopher replies "Well, you never know. This IS a YouTube Poop, after all." This trope is name-dropped verbatim immediately after, when Rabbit requests that Gopher "Kindly refrain from breaking the fourth wall and go away".

    • When Piglet wonders why the trout (who are migrating off stream) aren't dead from not being in the water, Whoo’s response is "Don't ask me, I didn't write the script for this YouTube Poop."

    • In Bastion Blunders and Whoo in the Woods, Rabbit notices that Gopher’s voice has changed. (In the former, he uses the voice of the Prospector while the latter gives him the voice of Yosemite Sam).

    • In A Toy Piglet in King Whoo's Court, when Rabbit realizes that Tigger has his voice changed, Tigger explains that he "got so scared that Tony Yorkie Silky 1991 changed my voice from Paul Winchell to Jim Cummings."

    • In Runaway Rabbit, Rabbit acknowledges that Piglet and Tigger's voices have changed again.

    • In The Luck of the Tigger, when Christopher Robin asked Whoo if he really believed in bad luck, Whoo states "It's a good thing I didn't. Otherwise, this YouTube Poop wouldn't have happened."

    • Miles Edgeworth from the Ace Attorney video games makes a recurring cameo appearance as the Narrator in "The Eeyore Cometh", "As the Tigger Bounces", and " Crouching Tigger, Hidden Hunny".

    • Krusty the Clown makes a cameo appearance at the end of Lights, Camera, Oh Bother! reacting to Christopher Robin's poorly done film by saying "What the hell was that?!"

    • One of the villains from the 1960's version of Astro Boy plays the role of The Big Boss in "Once Upon a Time (In the Hundred Acre Wood)".
      • In addition, the robot news reporter from the same show plays the role of Al Gorithm in " A Fish Called Gopher ".

    • In The Eeyore Cometh, when Whoo rolls down a hill, he smacks into the camera, causing the lens to shatter.

    • In Pirates of the Hundred Wood, Piglet's pirate ship rolls right toward the camera, causing the footage to damaged for a moment and resume as the cameraman shouts at Piglet to "watch where you're driving, assholes!"

Christopher Robin: You can be the tiny victim, just like in those city stomping giant pictures on DeviantArt.

"Rabbit": "(He returns, overhearing what Whoo just said)" What did you just say, Whoo?!
