Gene Feng, better known as "Genie", is a Chinese-American youtuber specializing in comedic short skits that satirize the parody lives of an Asian (mostly Chinese) living in an American environment. His skits usually range between the "Super strict and perfectionist Asian parents/people" to "Bomb defusal". Beforehand, he also ran skits of "Why everything is racist", but in the latter date, the type of scenario has been mostly discontinued. But regardless of the scenario picked, zany and wacky Hilarity Ensues.
Genie's skits also has a recurring cast members, such as Genie himself being the Only Sane Man, Ding Dong with his Eyes Always Shut and embodying the hilariously wacky 'harsh Asian parent' stereotype, Genieffer being Genie's Distaff Counterpart and embodying the crazy feminist movement (including Karens and SJW), and many more. All of them Played for Laughs and also played by Gene Feng himself.

Tropes related to Genie
- Bomb Disposal: One of the recurring types of skits in Genie's videos. They always fail because most of the skit is spent on Genie and Ding Dong arguing.
- Captain Patriotic: Parodied. The show features "Captain China", the Chinese counterpart of Captain America. However, he looks nothing like a Captain Patriotic, it's just Genie with a black plastic bag as his outfit (due to low budget), and he sometimes end up not as heroic as his inspiration. Of course, all of them are also Played for Laughs.
- Distaff Counterpart: Genieffer is literally Genie with a wig. This concept is also parodied when Genieffer purposely removes their wig and reveals that they're not really a girl, but something else.
- Double Entendre: This whole series is chock full of this, usually leading to the "US National Anthem ending"
- Eyes Always Shut: Ding Dong. It leads to the Running Gag of "With what eyes". But sometimes he does open it, after hearing an arousing homosexual offer.
- Insistent Terminology: Genieffer, supporter of the LGBT movement, always reminds everyone that Genieffer identifies with "They-slash-them".
- Negative Continuity: Almost everyone tends to get shot and die ("Aughh~"), or the area is wiped out with the bomb explosion. However, everyone comes up just fine in the next skit.
- Obnoxious Entitled Housewife: Although she's never a housewife, Genieffer is usually the go-to character to spoof this concept. They're usually seen spewing about the female empowerment concept and is an overly insistent that their opinion needs to be heard. And pretty insistent that they identify with "They-slash-them." Usually, all characters decide to just shoot them than deal with them any further.
- Pretentious Pronunciation: Often playing the pretentious 'hardass' Asian stereotype, Ding Dong makes a point to pronunce "Asian" not with the default pronunciation, but like saying "Eye-sian".
- Running Gag: There are several running jokes within Genie's skits:
- The OP power of rice. Usually Captain China has it, but Ding Dong sometimes displays this power too.
- Ding Dong requesting to see something, and Genie sarcastically replying with "With what eyes?"
- Ding Dong explaining his inexplicable superpowers with "Because I am Asian!" before shooting someone dead.
- Bomb about to go off with "TACTICAL NUKE Incoming!!"
- Genie's high-pitched moan "Aughh~" when someone dies (usually played by Gene Feng, so it's the same thing for everyone)
- Genie or Ding Dong make an accidental homosexual innuendo, leading to a realization that both enjoy it (Ding Dong then usually opens his eyes). Genie/Ding Dong then pulls off his belt while the USA's National Anthem plays and Ding Dong says "I LOVE [relevant topic with a homosexual innuendo in]!!"
