Diamond is Unabridgable is an Abridged Series using footage from the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure 2016 Anime, covering Part 4 of the series. Created by Weeaboss and featuring a voice cast from a few other TAS's. The series is ongoing, having a pilot and multiple episodes in production. Found here.

It also serves as the spiritual sequel to the original JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Abridged series.

Diamond is Unabridgable contains examples of

  • Alternate History: Apparently, FFVII was released on the Nintendo 64 instead of the Playstation (which actually almost happened in real life).
  • Berserk Button: Never insult the artist Prince around Josuke.
  • Biting-the-Hand Humor: In good fun, with characters from Weeaboss' Abridged Series sometimes insulting or poking fun at both Weeaboss and Antfish.
  • Bowdlerise: Rape jokes are a horrible thing, as Anime Christopher Walken (represented by Deishuu Kaiki) interrupts the episode to explain. He then says that the following rape joke is censored entirely and was dubbed over to prevent fans from getting butthurt. Cut to Josuke and the others having any references to "rape" poorly (and hilariously) dubbed over with "face-punched".
  • Butt-Monkey: Koichi, to the point that even the narrator of the series insults him.
  • Continuity Nod:
    • Made clear several times by Weeaboss that the series is a Spiritual Successor to Antfish's series and will continue the personality of returning characters. This is even driven to extremes when audio from the original series is used in flashbacks.
Josuke: Why'd you sound different in that flashback?
    Jotaro: Not important.
  • Curbstomp Battle: In Episode 1, when Josuke decides to take on Jotaro and is quickly beaten down.
  • Call-Back:
    • Jotaro being traumatized by high-school girls after his "experience" with the fight against Kakyoin and Hierophant Green in the original Abridged Series.
  • Call-Forward: Jotaro's reference to the name of Josuke's turtle, hinting at the fate that awaits Polnareff at the finale of Vento Aureo.
Josuke: I just wanted to pet this little turtle! I already named him Alphonse!
Jotaro: Dunno, looks more like a Polnareff to me.
  • Catchphrase: Josuke's "Pimpin'!"
  • Celebrity Resemblance: At its fullest with main antagonist Yoshikage Kira being compared to David Bowie, to the point that he even sounds exactly like the celebrity.
  • Cool Uncle: Subverted with Josuke, who is technically Jotaro's uncle.
Jotaro: Hot damn! This kid might actually be... cool.
Josuke: I let you fart-knockers have your jollies, but someone as fresh as me has to have standards, ya dig?
    Jotaro: Spoke too soon.
  • Could Say It, But...: Jotaro, as explained by himself is still powerful enough to be the main protagonist of this Abridged Series as well, but doesn't want to because he thinks it'd be more amusing to watch Josuke bumble around.
  • Creator Cameo: Antfish as Avdol in Episode 3.
  • Deadpan Snarker: Jotaro, nearly every time he speaks.
  • Dramatic Irony: In episode 3, Josuke claims that if they were to find ghosts, then they'd also find out about a gay sailor version of him in an alternate dimension. Not only do the two actually exist, but the other version of Josuke ("Jo2uke"), is actually the straightest known JoJo among the fandom.
  • The Fool: Okuyasu Nijimura
  • Get a Load of That Square: Josuke whenever he tries to act cool.
  • Gilligan Cut:
    • Jotaro claiming he's never hurt animals. Cut to him throwing Iggy across the desert like a baseball.
    • Josuke thinking his father is an awesome badass. Cut to Joseph running away in fear from Kars.
  • Hit Stop: Josuke punching the teenage punk in slow-motion only to send him flying backwards into the other punks, causing time to stop briefly.
  • Hypocritical Humor: Jotaro when appalled by Alphonse the Turtle being smashed against the pavement, claiming that despite being a badass, he never hurt animals. Immediately cut to him throwing Iggy, a Boston Terrier, across the desert like a baseball.
  • I Banged Your Mom: Jotaro explaining to Josuke how he's Joseph Joestar's bastard.
  • Idiosyncratic Episode Naming: Every episode begins with "Shine On", a reference to the song "Shine On You Crazy Diamond" by Pink Floyd which Josuke's Stand is named after.
  • I Have No Daughter: Taken literally to the point that Jotaro purposefully mistreats Jolyne by forgetting to feed her, getting her name wrong and even forgetting she exists.
  • Interactive Narrator/Lemony Narrator: The narrator in the series, speaking like a 1940's radio announcer and frequently interacting with or belittling characters in the series itself.
  • Internal Homage: Before Weeaboss did his own Abridged Series, he did "Abridged Remasters" for Antfish's original Stardust Crusaders OVA series. Later on in his own series, Weeaboss used footage from these remasters as flashbacks for returning characters like Jotaro.
  • Man of a Thousand Voices: Weeaboss voices a majority of the main characters in the series. When told he couldn't use his existing cast for the Team Four Star's TIBA competition, he decided to just voice everyone himself.
  • News Parody: All of the schedule update clips for the abridged series are done in this style, with characters from the show reading off updates and news about the channel—in character.
  • Nice Guy: Koichi, to the point that he's the only character who never swears.
  • Nostalgia Ain't Like It Used to Be: A lot of the fashion trends, slang and what was considered "cool" in the 90's is Played for Laughs throughout the series.
  • Nostalgia Filter: Using popular 90's hit, ''Smells Like Teen Spirit'' performed by One OK Rock as the opening song and made even more nostalgic that the animation used is in the style of early 90's music videos.
  • Know When to Fold 'Em: Joseph's battle plan of running away when faced against Auto-Tuned Kars.
  • Orphaned Series: Mocking Antfish's unfinished and seemingly abandoned Abridged Series based on Parts 1-2 of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, mainly in the trailer for the Part 4 Abridged Series.
  • Power-Up Letdown: Used in a flashback to Part 2, where using the Red Stone of Aja doesn't make Kars any stronger, all it does is Auto-Tune his voice.
  • Precision F-Strike: Like a lot of Abridged Series, this one also happens to censor every major expletive.
  • Pun-Based Title: Episode 3: Fool Metal Jacket.
  • Remember When You Blew Up a Sun?: When Jotaro explains how incredibly awesome and badass Star Platinum is for killing Dio.
  • Retired Badass: Jotaro, once being a cool delinquent as now a detective that still retains his vigorous fighting spirit.
  • Second Place Is for Winners: Weeaboss himself when it was announced Diamond is Unabridgable lost the competition but was a runner-up. He later admitted that he was happy, as all he really wanted the whole time was the consolation t-shirt more than the trophy itself.
  • Self-Parody: In Episode 4 with Surface and Hazamada. The characters are an Affectionate Parody of actual otaku Weeaboss knew growing up, along with some aspects of himself thrown in.
  • Shout-Out: Rohan and Koichi deliberately sound like the title characters from Rick and Morty.
  • Shown Their Work: Josuke's love of Prince isn't just a gag. According to Word of God, Josuke's favorite musician is Prince.
  • Spiritual Successor: The series serves as a sequel to the original JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Abridged Series created by Antfish, which Antfish approved of and even gave his blessing to. A few jokes from returning characters such as Jotaro retain their original quarks and personalities.
  • Straight Man: Koichi to Josuke's egotistical attitude, Jotaro's carelessness and Okuyasu's plain stupidity.
  • Stealth Insult: At the beginning of Episode 1, a line from Jotaro mentioning his hatred of the boy band NSYNC is a direct reference to THIS other TIBA entry, where in the same scene in the video's script Jotaro is portrayed poorly singing to a NYSNC song.
  • Tempting Fate:
    • When Jotaro decides to insult Prince to Josuke's face, despite knowing the consequences.
Josuke: What.. did you say... about Prince?!
Jotaro: Eh, screw it, PRINCE SUCKS WHALE DONG!
  • Wacky Sound Effect: The series is filled with this to add to the funny factor.
