Anime America is an American and Australian collaborative anime critiquing YouTube channel with occasional in-person vlogging. It is run by Robyn, Tara, Hannah, Brad, and Tsumi.

Occasionally, they have been known to do crossovers with fellow YouTuber PhantomStrider.

This channel includes examples of:

  • Bond Villain Stupidity: One of Robyn's gripes with High Guardian Spice is how easily its most nominally threatening villain succumbs to this trope.
Robyn: He even transforms himself into Rosemary's mother so he can lure her away and kill her. And I'm asking this as seriously and professionally as I can but WHAT EXACTLY STOPPED HIM!? His job was to kill anyone who knew too much but the minute Rosemary mentions Professor Caraway, he drops everything to go snoop in his office! You HAD her, Mandrake! You could've killed her, hidden the body and THEN snuck into Professor Caraway's office!
  • Crossover: Has done plenty of these, including with PhantomStrider.
  • Hikikomori: They have a video titled "Hikikomori: Reality Behind the Trope" that explains some of the implications of the hikikomori lifestyle in real life.
  • I Need to Go Iron My Dog: In "Top 10 Lamest Powers in Anime", one of the entries is about the Chara Nari in Shugo Chara!. Megan and Shannan are so off-put by this one, before the explanation for the entry even begins, that they back out and drive away - but not before Megan tells Shannan that they need to go "get some supplies", while Shannan herself also gives the unconvincing excuse that she needs to get her "homework watered" on top of that.
  • Idea Bulb: One appears near Elisa in "Top 10 Lamest Powers in Anime" when she comes up with an idea to get someone to stay with her while she's been tied in place.
  • Rainbow Puke: Robyn occasionally shows fangasming in her videos by making her animated avatar vomit a rainbow.
  • Series Mascot: Parodied with Tsumi, a white vulpine creature made by Robyn for the channel. He may look cute, but he is very rude and snarky.
  • Top Ten List: A large portion of the videos on the channel are top ten countdowns dealing with things like, but not to, anime clichés or disturbing moments and characters.

A deep voiced, perverted deviant who loves booze and swears more than a sailor. He also happens to be an adorable little furball
