The normal highschool student Merlene Aizawa leads a dangerous double life. As Agent C4T she's the unofficial of a team of secret agents working for the special Chick Click program of The Agency. With the quirky sniper Sera Nakamura alias Agent H4WK, the young demolition expert Rie Hotaru alias Agent F0X and the poised tank Eira Ei alias Agent W0LF the magically-powered agents protect innocents from all kind of super villains trying to enslave humanity and transform it to their liking, while at the same time also having to deal with their own personal problems and secrets.
Operation: Chick Click is an ongoing story taking heavy inspiration from Magical Girl as well as Spy Action stories and having a big focus on TFMC content. It's being written by Monstrah

This work contains examples of:
- Action Girl: The main characters, obviously. Secret government agents using magical powers to fight super villains.
- The Bad Guy Wins: The fittingly called “Bad End” bonus stories are alternate versions of the canon chapters in which the agents lose to the respective chapter's bad guys.
- Brainwash Residue: It usually takes a while to recondition the agents fully back to normal after being mind controlled by a villain. They tend to slip back into speech patterns of their controlled selves even chapters later.
- The Casino: The first Chapter features the agents infiltrating a casino used as a front for mind control experiments.
- Forced Transformation: With the story utilizing lots of TFMC themes, it's only natural for almost every chapter to feature at least one of the main characters ending up transformed against her will (if they even still have one at that point).
- Mind Control: Probably utilized even more than Forced Transformation thanks to the story’s TFMC themes. Almost every chapter features it at some point.
- Multiple Endings: Almost every chapter features an alternate bad ending in which the agents end up losing to the respective bad guys.
- "The Reason You Suck" Speech: In Chapter 5, when her rage reaches its boiling point, Eira delivers a brutal one to the sleazy Edward Yamamoto.Eira: Princess? PRINCESS?! A princess could only dream to be a fraction of what I am!
I, Mr. Yamamoto, am a Goddess. With but a word from my lips, your pitiful empire would be naught but dust. You, Mr. Yamamoto, are but an insignificant worm we tolerate in our gardens. You, Mr. Yamamoto, are nothing. If you so dare as lay a finger on my allies, I shall ensure you and everything you care about, everyone you love, are reduced to the stone age. And by my name as an Ei, I shall never allow you to crawl back. - Unwilling Roboticisation: Chapter 3 has Merlene and Sera’s entire school year group, them eventually included, turned into robots made of liquid metal. Eira also gets close to being fully turned into one. In the chapter’s Bad End her transformation does get to finish and Irie is fully turned as well.
