FIRST STAGE PRODUCTIONnote  is a Virtual YouTuber agency based in Tokyo, Japan that is one of several agencies established by REALITY Studios Inc.note  All of their streamers primarily stream on YouTube, but many also have channels on Twitch. Their streamers offer a variety of content such as Let's Play, chatting streams, ASMR, karaoke, and more.

FSP began operations on March 9th, 2023, with the announcement of their first generation of talents, with the first half of them debuting the next day and the second half debuting the day after that. On July 3rd of that year, FSP announced that they were looking into tapping into the English-speaking market by opening auditions for male talents. On January 19th, 2024, FIRST STAGE PRODUCTION EN began operations with the announcement of their all-male wave Avallum, who made their debuts nine days later.

As of January 31st, 2024, the main branch of FSP has 20 active talents and 3 former talents, while FSP EN has 5 active talents.

This group provides examples of:

  • A Wild Rapper Appears!: Rosco makes his entrance in Avallum's debut single, "Crossing Fates" in the form of a rap solo before joining the rest of the boys in the vocals from then on.
  • Fantasy Kitchen Sink: Of the members that have debuted thus far, the vast majority are some variety of fantastical being ranging from vampires, demons, and beastfolk to truly out-there concepts such as a middle-aged doujin artist who reincarnated as a digital anime girl.
  • Mineral MacGuffin: Each of the members of Avallum are in possession of a magical crystal that, when all five of them are united, will lead them to Avallum to have their wishes granted. Said crystals are also capable of being used to perform various magical feats, though Gale has remained unsuccessful with doing anything with his crystal.
  • Mouthful of Pi: For Pi Day 2024, Gale did a stream where he recited one-hundred and sixty digits of Pi. With every white number he typed in, it slowly revealed a secret message written in black telling the viewers to check the bottom of the video's description for a link to the waiting room of his first unarchived karaoke later that day.
