Weather
is a YouTube web animation show created by Cooper Goodwin & Evan Alderete.The show started as a series of weather-based puns part of their school news show, but soon evolved into a webseries with characters and a storyline.
The story follows the Sun and the Cloud through their adventures as they battle evil forces and each other.
This series provides examples of:
- Abnormal Ammo: The YAM Man uses Yams as ammo against the Cloud.
- Art Evolution: As the series evolved, so did the quality of the style and the animation of the show.
- Everything Talks: All of the main characters are bodies of weather or space, or something else.
- Earth-Shattering Kaboom: Earth is destroyed twice in the series, both in spectacular fashion.
- Evil Knockoff: Robo-Sun and Cloud-Tron.
- Friendly Enemy: The Sun and the Cloud seem to be friendly towards each other despite they fact theta they are fighting to the death.
- Halloween Episode: The faux-documentary 'You und Ghosts'.
- Jump Scare: there are occasional sudden loud noises sprinkled throughout, though very few.
- Muck Monster: The Pollution Monster
- Previously on…: This and purposefully silly variations appear at the beginning of every episode.
- Thanksgiving Episode: The origin of "Thanksgirthing".
- To Be Continued: This and purposefully silly variations appear at the end of every episode (apart from season finales).
- World of Pun: nearly half of the dialogue of the whole show is puns.
