When she smiles, she uncontrollably releases Killing Intent and makes anyone nearly shit themselves and see danger in her. Her friends like Haruno are immune doe to being a lot around her and starting to build up a resistance, family like her mother or her brother have a weaker version of this genetic defect (her mother was a real delinquent and used her Killing Intent to stir up shit), which makes them naturally immune and Ozawa is just too badass.
