About Injurin' Joe's voice actors...

Weirdly enough, the Big Bad of the movie is credited as being voiced by two people; Hank Williams Jr. and Kevin Michael Richardson, which is extra odd for a character who isn’t very talkative anyway, and has no villain song either. But when I rewatched the movie, whenever Joe spoke, all I ever heard was Kevin Michael Richardson’s distinct and easily recognizable deep voice (the guy's been in a million cartoons), at no point did Joe not sound like Richardson to me, other than maybe a few grunts, yelps or screams. So what’s going on here?

The only conclusion I can reach is that Richardson is The Other Marty. As in, the people who made this film originally cast Hank Williams Jr. in the role for additional star power, but the director and/or producers were dissatisfied with his performance, so they got Richardson to dub over all his lines, but kept Williams’s name in the credits for marquee value on the technicality than some of his recordings were still in the movie (even if none of them are dialogue). Or maybe Williams just didn't care about being redubbed but still credited in a Direct to Video kid's film, and only cared about getting a paycheck out of it?
