The Bard is a Thin Blood of Malkavian descent.
The Bard suffers from constant hallucinations, as the game explicitely tells that he's the only person able to hear the Narrator's voice. Also, nobody else seems to react to the trio of singing Trows. He also regularly interacts with his auditive hallucinations.Another clue to this theory: his lines are full of savviness and lampshade hanging to various tropes and clichés.
Of course, since the Bard doesn't seem to crave for blood and is able to walk outside in full daylight without any effects, his Malkavian blood is obviously very diluted.
