Doctor Zachary and Doctor Finitevus will be merged into a Composite Character.
The Composite Character will be called Doctor Zachary Finitevus, he will have Zachary's natural white fur, Zachary's knowledge of robots, Finitevus's warp ring technology, Finitevus's markings and black eyes.
Commander Brutus will take a level in intelligence
He will receive a copy of Robotnik's brainwaves, making him as intelligent as his STC version.Cosmo will play an important role in the Sonic Colors Story Arc
Since Cosmo is an alien, she may have come across Wisps before and provide some exposition for Sonic and the Freedom Fighters. She will also help free some of the Wisps herself.The Sonic Lost World Story Arc will fix some of the issues the plot of the original game had
The Deadly Six will show more depth to their personalities, shed light on their motives for destroying the world beyond revenge against Dr. Robotnik, and even explain their backstory. Tails will retain his Nice Guy personality and prioritize saving the world over proving himself to be better than Robotnik.The Lost World Story Arc will have Sally Acorn and Agatha as major characters
Sally and Agatha will always be there for Sonic and Robotnik respectively. The former will help Sonic learn to think before he acts after Tails gets captured, while Agatha will be the biggest team player. Agatha will show apprehension towards the Zeti, and will be kidnapped by them along with Tails, invoking a Papa Wolf moment with Robotnik."The Slap" will be Adapted Out.

I mean, in the epilogue of the Sonic and the Secret Rings arc, Aladdin makes an appearance. And just as canon implies, he's Sonic's counterpart in the Arabian Nights. So the Sonic counterpart making an appearance will likely happen in the Sonic and the Black Knight arc as well. Make of that what you will.Agatha will show apprehension around Infinte in the Sonic Forces Story Arc, being unnerved by his cruelty and petty sadism
Agatha was always the most moral member of the Robotnik Empire, so she will have reservations about working with Infinite due to his petty cruelty and Smug Super tendencies. It's because of her input that Robotnik installs some safety measures around the Phantom Ruby to ensure that Infinite doesn't betray him.The Avatar from Sonic Forces and the Mirage Express Employee from The Murder of Sonic the Hedgehog will be Named by the Adaptation, have their backstory fleshed out, and make reappearances in the future.
- Both characters will become more than just one-shot characters, if not majors characters, going forward. The avatar's default appearance will be used.
Following the Sonic Frontiers Story Arc, Sage will become a recurring character as well as a Token Good Teamate in the Robotnik Empire
- Following Sage’s survival, she becomes a recurring character, with many members of the Robotnik Empire coming to see her as Everyone's Baby Sister. Dr. Robotnik will still see her as his daughter, the Super Special Sonic Search And Smash Squad will be the bumbling big brothers, Grimer becomes an uncle figure, Metal Sonic will be a protective big brother, Bokkun will be a good playmate for her, and Agatha will become a Cool Big Sis to her. Agatha will mention that she always wanted a little sister and becomes excited at the thought of teaching Sage about the world around her, as well as becoming a playmate to her.
The events of the Sonic Superstars will be shown in a flashback, with Trip eventually becoming a member of the Freedom Fighters
- Since the game came out long after the fanfiction was posted, Trip will be subjected to Remember the New Guy? as the heroes explain how they know her in a flashback. Trip will get reacquainted with Amy and the Freedom Fighters who treated her with kindness before joining them.
