The mummy doesn't remember his true name due to trauma
Because remembering his name will bring back bad memories from when he was alive like the capture of Atahualpa, the slaughtering of his people, the Spanish's conquista, etc. That, or he forgot it after being locked in a temple for 500 years and becoming crazy for the isolation.
