The O'Hara family here are the same ones from Gone with the Wind. The point of divergence in this timeline is when Scarlett takes over Rhett Butler's smuggling operation. After the American Civil War she parlays it into a legitimate arms dealing operation. The little girl Scarlett O'Hara seen in the Anime is her daughter.
