Stanley is Winston's Grandfather.
Stanley (Mycroft's butler) is the ancestor of Winston (Lara Croft's butler).

Holmes never intended to engage in fisticuffs with Moriarty at the end; it was all a distraction.
At the very beginning of his Sherlock Scan, he notes their respective weaknesses: Holmes's injury from when Moriarty went ham on him on a meathook, and Moriarty's rage at having his fortune pilfered by Holmes's machinations. He knew he had no chance in a melee against Moriarty with the hole from the meathook still in his shoulder, so Sherlock deliberately targeted Moriarty's rage at him by baiting him into a Battle in the Center of the Mind. And at the end, Holmes says what he already surmised beforehand; "Conclusion: inevitable". He never meant to engage, he used it as a smokescreen to conceal his true gambit: a Heroic Sacrifice tying Moriarty up in a hold and jumping them both off the edge into the Reichenbach Falls.

Holmes will disguise as a priest in the sequel
