In the episode "A Night to Forget", Mr. Death owns a Death Note.
Before the start of the episode he wrote "Al April. Gunshot wound. On March 22 he is shot and killed by one of his co-workers." and "John H. Electrocution. On the night of March 21st he has a series of nightmares which convince him he will be shot and killed the next day. These nightmares drive him to shoot and kill one of his co-workers the next day. He is convicted of murder and executed on April 1st." His motive for killing is to ensure the success of his coffin making business. Mr. Hellman in Kill Me Again is really Azael.
