Go crazy with your own concepts and ideas!- Heroology: It will be the series' Superhero Episode, and, as befits a Standard Super-Hero Setting's Fantasy Kitchen Sink, it will be implied that many of the other books in the series take place in this universe (my money's on Alienology through its alien races).
- The in-universe writer will be a superhero's secret identity, specifically a journalist, with the actual writer as their boss.
- Alternatively (or as a sequel the same way Monsterology is to Dragonology), Villainology, about everything from the Mad Scientist to Alien Invasion
- Arcticology: Will be themed around dual expeditions by bitter rival siblings, one to the Antarctic and the other the arctic.
- Robotology: Will be themed as a development log of a lab developing the most powerful AI yet, and one scientist covers the history of robotics, from the earliest automatons of antiquity and the ancient middle east to the mass-produced robots of the 21st century. it ends with the AI going beyond its programming and may or may not destroying the scientists.
- Or the scientist is revealed to be a robot themself!
- Kaijuology: Basically a 20th century Monsterology, covering kaiju as they emerge from the world and battle with humanity, with one man scouting the world and studying them. Bonus points if the events of Dragonology and Monsterology are somehow involved.
- Fightology: Covers various martial arts of the world, with a heavy focus on chinese and east asian ones and lots of Supernatural Martial Arts in it.
- Spaceology: Documents an expedition in the future across the solar system. The Direct Line to the Author will be that a data storage and recording device got flung into our time by a temporal wormhole.
- Detectiveology: A love-letter to classic 19th-century detective stories, including Sherlock Holmes himself.
- Alternatively/Expanding on it, it takes place in the 1920's so it can include both Hamett-style Hardboiled Detective and Christie or Hercule Poirot-style ones.
- Werewolfology or Zombieology: They've already done vampires and ghosts for the series, so why not either of them?
- Demonology
- Trainology
- Earthology, and will be about a Journey to the Center of the Earth-style expedition Beneath the Earthnote ... albeit more realistic then most examples.
- Sharkology
- Samuraiology or Ninjaology
- Sportology
