Mitch Valdez is actually Kapitana Gina from Ang Probinsyano
This is Gina actually showing her redeeming side concerned about the health in their barangay. They are all infected and tuberculosis had a weird mutation.
The mutated TB does not cause them to display any symptom except the urge to sing about TB-DOTS. Mang Ben is Mitch Valdez's husband in the story.
That is why she took offense to the people in their neighborhood gossiping that her husband has TB. Mitch Valdez has the Infinity Stones
That's why Mang Ben got cured instantly instead of six months. Mitch used the time stone to fast forward time and the space stone to teleport herself and some village people to different parts of the barangay.
