The next major story arc will revolve around the Kazama Family Breaking the Fellowship
A consistently reoccurring plot point is Yamato's deep-seated jealousy of Cap. Despite the obvious importance of this aspect of their relationship, Yamato tends to push it back into his mind and ignore it whenever it comes up. Obviously this is foreshadowing something.Some sort of catalyst, most likely Momoyo leaving for college, will lead to the Kazama Family's morale taking a major hit, which will eventually lead to a falling out between Cap and Yamato over whether they should all move on with their lives or remain together reliving childhood nostalgia. With the two founders breaking up, the rest of the club will go their separate ways.Yamato will spend a portion of the game by himself without the rest of the family until his latest love interest inspires him to go out and look for them. Together, Yamato and his new girlfriend (and possibly Miyako and Cookie, if they stick around) will set out on an epic adventure to get the and back together until finally the entire team is reunited and Cap accepts the reality that, while they cant stay kids forever, they'll always be the Kazama Family. Yamato is bisexual
He's clearly into the ladies, but his constant fears that people will think he and his best friend are gay, the fact that he gets aroused from groping someone who he thought was a boy and the several non-canon endings where he has sex with men and realizes that he swings that way all seem to imply something about him. The fact that his rival is openly bisexual only adds fuel to the fire. The Kuki family is descended from Gilgamesh
