The cancer Granny died from was breast, ovarian, or cervical cancer.
Why else would she and the doctor be talking about "lady things"?- Possibly confirmed if only because of Granny's age, though that wouldn't rule out vulval or vaginal cancers either. Considering how advanced it was, it also wouldn't rule out stomach or brain cancers.
