WMG / Four Week Continuous Super Sentai Strongest Battle

Go To

Rita is the Big Bad.
This tournament is so obviously an evil plan its downright painful. The whole setup is basically a clone of an episode from Teen Titans (2003) with a dash of Incubator/Shiro Kanzaki shenanigans thrown in with the wish and comet. And the way she dressed down Marvelous over Gaisorg felt like if she was going for a Xanatos Speed Chess scenario and try to recruit the purple knight.
  • Correct except for Rita didn't want Gaisorg's meddling.

Rita is the second child of Grifforzer and Lamy.
She learned magic from Bandora before she passed away and managed to escaped the dumpster and is now using Nemesis for her own ends.
  • Possible, with rumors going around that the Final Boss would be a revived DAI SATAN.
  • Jossed. The references to Bandora were obvious references, but her backstory is totally unrelated.

The mini-series will be succeeded by the Super Sentai version of Poppy Pippopapo's Room and Supplementary Plans if the premiere of Ryusoulger is delayed to May 5, 2019.
And if that happens, it would be called Seven-Week Continuous Super Sentai Hey Say Talk!! Feat. Kaitou Sentai Lupinranger VS Keisatsu Sentai Patranger.
  • Seems very unlikely at this time, but Ryusoulger airing in May 5, which is Children's Day in Japan and takes place after the start of the Reiwa Era, would make sense. Also, the seven-week Sentai talk show special would give Toei and Bandai more time to make the franchise great again.
  • Confirmed as jossed: Ryusoulger started the week after the finale and will have the first seven episodes taking place in the last seven weeks of the Heisei Era. Also, those shows mentioned above were web based series; they never replaced the main Kamen Rider episodes. A Super Sentai version would be unlikely to do that to Sentai unless Toei took a page from the Yu-Gi-Oh! LABO special.

One or more of the Go-Busters will play a role in uncovering the true purpose of the tournament.
Conspicuously absent from the tournament are Kyōryū Sentai Zyuranger, Bakuryuu Sentai Abaranger, and Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger, the previous three dinosaur-based teams. Who'd be more likely to notice they were missing than one of the Go-Busters, who had a notable meeting with all three of those teams? Most likely it'd be Beet J. Stag, especially since he's just a suit with a voice actor so it would be easy to have him play a larger role.
  • Jossed. The Busters are eliminated early on; the one who help solve the case is Doggie Kruger; and the missing dinosaur teams weren't plot-relevant at all.

Gaizorg isn't a singular person, but a spirit that possesses strong rangers
In his first appearance, Captain Marvelous seems very angry that Gaizorg knows Luka's sword technique. Luka is not present in this scene. After Takaharu's disappearance, Gaizorg knows his attacks. His helmet is then removed to reveal Takaharu himself. He may be looking for that strongest ranger in order to find the strongest host.
  • So basically he's an Expy of the Cursed Armor from Bakuryuu Sentai Abaranger.
  • Close but not quite. It is a sentient armor that possesses those who wear it.

This takes place after Kyuranger Vs. Space Squad
Luka (Gokai Yellow) visiting Spada's restaurant is what lead to Gokaiger initially missing her when they fought against that purple knight.
  • Luka was already abducted when they fought Gaisorg. However, it's still possible that she was abducted after her visit to Spada's restaurant.
