Hector Con Carne is actually the brain of Marvin from Pulp Fiction with an identity crisis.
After getting shot in the head, Marvin's brain was injected into the body of Hector Con Carne. After Hector's body was blown up, Ghastly took Marvin's brain. Skarr is a former ally to terrorists outside of Evil Con Carne.
Skarr was very experienced with tyranny that he joined different terrorist groups before becoming the general of Hector Con Carne.
