In book 3, there will be interludes of Danny remembering the rebellion and how he first met Courtney. His final flashback will be him fighting off angels to buy time for Cahatel to stop the Divine.- Jossed by Hamish Steele revealing that Danny's angel form won't be making an appearance in the book.

At one point, our heroes will visit Echoss and Barney will reunite with Other Barney who has found his own family. Cahatel's memories were altered
If Cahatel got their memories back, why didn't they fight Pael? It's because Pael had altered their memories and locked away their memories of the rebellion. The Demon Wrestling Federation will be part of the demon rebellion's army
