Fridge Brillance
- Why didn't Norma hire someone more experienced to be a custodian? Because she knows that Barney would listen to her and not tell anyone. If she did hire a normal janitor, when if they saw the demons, they would panic and run to the authorities which would shut Dead End down and cause the treaty to be null, allowing both angels and demons to go to war against each other.
- The Watcher is first introduced in the present day, by spying on Barney and Norma. This makes sense given that his name is the Watcher which means he watches over time to find great warriors to recruit.
Fridge Horror
- What would've happened to Courtney and Danny if the Demon Kings succeeded in destroying the Upper Planes? They would be forced to go into hiding along with every surviving angel both fallen and not. Sure most of the angels are shown to be evil but the Demon Kings aren't that much better as they razed Plane 7 under the banner of Tartarus the Coronator.
- It's more than likely that some of the demons fell or got crushed during the prison going down.
- There was a long time between the rebellion failing and Courtney and Danny meeting again. For all of that time, Danny was probably thinking that Cahatel was dead, executed for rebelling against the Angelic Horde.
- In a Deadendia 3 update, its revealed that the Cherubs record footage through their eyes so that cherub at the hotel wasn't there to visit the hotel, they was there to spy on Courtney.
- Looking at Disarray on the Multi-Plane map, you can see ruins half-buried in the ground. What happened there?
