Jacqueline and Aeon are the same person

But not in the way most people think. It might be a little far fetched, but maybe instead of being Aeon in the past, she's her in the future after her alleged death. After all, she's been referred to as "The woman who bought the peace" by a mysterious voice after passing out, and K2 stated that her happiest memory was "making a difference", while Aeon is implied to have made a Heroic Sacrifice of some sort. Maybe she did something that stopped some kind of catastrophe at the price of her life, and the Dark Triumvirate somehow saved/resurrected her to serve whatever their goal even is. We certainly haven't been given any reason to think they wouldn't be capable of it.

Alternatively, she may be Isochrone. In the same way, Clara is Haze.

• This is confirmed in this update ^note  Specifically, he calls her 'Sage' which is the latter part of Isochrone's title, along with Daniel being Motor.

They are "archiving" the story after all, and both seem to enjoy being vague and mysterious ("That sure is a theory", anyone?). You can even see some family resemblance!

One of the Chiasmata cast will make a Face–Heel Turn

Originally when asked whether Omar was genuinely malicious or not, K2 stated that none of them are really "evil" because their lack of memories and general confusion means they have no real motivation to do anything that would be considered bad. In the same answer they also implied that some might later get those justifications. Also, fairly early one in Chiasmata's run they posted a couple pictures of rather villainous looking silhouettes of someone wearing the "uniform" of the location. My first guess was originally Leo, due to the jagged mouth in the second picture resembling his ghosts, and I thought the author stated somewhere that the ghosts are created with pieces of his own soul, but anyone could eventually go bad.

Or, alternately, one of Forest Viewers group will be an antagonist

K2 also posted art of this guy, who seems to bear more resemblance to the pictures then any of our current cast and may be The Bright Eyed Luminary. Perhaps he was always immoral and just didn't have any chance to show due to all their efforts being on escaping, or maybe he changed after they escaped the Location and mostly went their separate ways. He certainly seems shifty enough.

Aidan is impervious to pain or getting hit.

Because K2 has said that the powers sometimes overgeneralize - Bonnie is cancerproof, Omar is heat-resistant and Clara is immune to poisoning. In this line of reasoning, Aidan may be impervious to bullets and the sort, because they're solid.
