The Count wasn't a vampire when he helped write the Omnian holy books
- The Count mentions that he knew Ossory and helped write the various books about monsters. From what we saw of Omnia in Small Gods, for all their faults, they weren't hypocrites. It's doubtful that they'd let an actual vampire write their books, so maybe the Count wasn't one when he wrote for them.
