Fort Kerium is only one small part of New Texas.
Fort Kerium is analogous to many West Texas cattle, farming and oil drilling towns. There's a Dallas equivalent that's an entertainment capital. If your pleasure is casinos, amusement parks, movies, sports, clubbing or fine dining that's the place to be. There's a Houston equivalent that's Crystal Spires and Togas, being home to artisans and scientists. They've also got the planet's main launching pad, so that's where you need to go if you want to leave the planet. The Galveston equivalent is near an ocean populated by fishermen and more than one Surfer Dude. (And a few dudettes) It may even have a suburb that's an Underwater City. The San Antonio equivalent was the site of a war in New Texas' early history. Now along with a memorial to that war, it's home to a rehabilitation center for sea animals from the Galveston equivalent that were too ill or injured to survive in the wild. The Austin equivalent is where the major governing convenes. Bravestarr might have to take an annual business trip out here to report on how things are going in Fort Kerium and make requests for needed equipment or assistance. (Though he's usually got a handle on it himself.) Stampede is an Eldritch Abomination
His Broncosaur form is simply A Form You Are Comfortable With. His true form could drive people to madness.
