"Long time no see blueballs. Are you three fighting for that girl?"

An unofficial crossover between Vs Annie and Friday Night Funkin' Minus. Our favorite Boyfriend trio argues about who should get the girl, when they meet Blue Boyfriend's old friend Annie. Annie seems confident about defeating the trio, so they battle her one by one; Beta Boyfriend goes first, followed by Mean Boyfriend, and Blue Boyfriend gets tagged in last.

On December 21st, 2021, the game is updated to have a second week with three new songs. Blue Boyfriend sings the first one, Beta sings the second, and Mean sings the last one.

You can play the mod here.

Song List (Sung by...)

Week 1

  • "Good Enough" (Beta)
  • "Lover" (Mean)
  • "Tug-of-War" (Blue)

Week 2

  • "Animal" (Blue)
  • "Take a Swig of This!" (Beta)
  • "Ms. Mediocre" (Mean)

Vs. Minus Annie contains examples of:

  • Easy-Mode Mockery: Downplayed. There is a gimmick in the second week where cyan notes can appear which must not be hit unless you want some of the Liquid to spill onto your strumline and make things harder for you. However, these are exclusive to Hard mode.
  • Fat Bastard: Annie's Week 2 form, in sharp contrast to her smaller and much more leaner first form.
  • Interface Screw:
    • For every note he sings, Mean Boyfriend will shake the screen. According to Word of God, this mod's version of Mean learned how to do this from Ruv.invoked
    • Annie herself shakes the screen for every note she sings in the second week, which leads to the screen constantly shaking in "Ms. Mediocre" due to Mean BF also having booming vocals. In said week, your health is constantly drained and in Hard mode there notes that will splat the Liquid onto your strumline if hit, making it harder for you to hit actual notes.
  • Player Character: Works differently than in the actual Minus mod. Instead of choosing which Boyfriend you want to play as before you start a week, you get to control all three of them during the course of both weeks.
  • Red Eyes, Take Warning: Annie form in Week 2 has a red dot coming from the shadow over her face representing an eye.
  • Shout-Out: Annie not only sings lemotifs of her other songs, but she takes some lemotifs of Garcello's music as well.
  • Troll: Annie holds back on her first battle with Mean Boyfriend...just to piss him off.
  • Verbal Tic: Mean Boyfriend does use the sunglasses emoticon (B)) in some of his dialogue.
Mean BF: "Get out suckers! im gonna destroy her B)"
Mean BF: "Alright red lady, it's showtime! B)))"
