The Skeleton is a Survival Horror Video Game by ZIGGSTER GAMES.
The game puts you in a forest at night, and gives you one mission: try not to get killed by a skeleton wielding a sword. Not much to it, right? Well, the game compensates for that by adding a bunch of different modes.
Story Mode: You and your friends have agreed to go camping in the woods tonight. Your friends went ahead of you, but by the time you reach the campsite, there's no one to be found. You'll need to investigate what happened to them.
No Flashlight Mode: Try to survive against the skeleton without a flashlight.
Spooky Scary Skeletons Mode: Survive against a LOT of sword-wielding skeletons.
Dense Fog Mode: The area is surrounded in fog, so good luck seeing the skeleton.
Day And Night Mode: Survive in the daytime.
Chainsaw Mode: The skeleton now wields a chainsaw.
Free Mode: The skeleton isn't present, so you're free to explore the game map.
Thunder And Lightening Mode: A storm is raging over the map.
The game was released on July 10th, 2018.
The Skeleton contains examples of:
- Antagonist Title: The game is named after the skeleton that's trying to kill you.
- Chainsaw Good: In Chainsaw Mode, the skeleton has a chainsaw instead of a sword.
- Dem Bones: The Skeleton, of course.
- Infinite Flashlight: Your flashlight has no energy meter, nor does it ever indicate when it's low on power.
- Ominous Fog: Dense Fog Mode covers the map in fog.
- P.O.V. Cam: The game is viewed from a first-person perspective.
- Shout-Out: One of the modes is called "Spooky Scary Skeletons Mode".
- Zerg Rush: Spooky Scary Skeletons Mode pits you against an army of skeletons all out to kill you.
