Startup Company is a life simulation game developed and published by Hovgaard Games and released on April 20, 2020 for Steam.In the game the player takes on the role of the CEO of a newly formed startup company. Beginning with a small investment, the player must start their new website and then work their way up through the ranks to achieve their goal of directly competing with all of the world's major tech companies.

- An Entrepreneur Is You: You begin the game as the CEO of a newly formed website and the main goal of the game is to build and grow the website. At the same time, your website is running as a company meaning that you need to hire employees, train them, pay them, and make sure your website remains profitable.
- Bland-Name Product: The other websites in the game that you compete against are parodies of real-life websites and tech companies.
- Character Customization: Not as in-depth as other career simulation games, you simply choose from a series of pre-made avatars for your company CEO as well as giving them one of several pre-made background stories.
