Kinect Star Wars is a Star Wars game by LucasArts, Xbox Game Studios, and Terminal Reality for Xbox 360 released in 2012. It makes use of the Kinect accessory for its gameplay. There are five modes: Jedi Destiny (a main campaign of sorts where the player controls the selected padawan and fights through various locations), Rancor Rampage (destroying cities and crushing people/droids as a Rancor), Galactic Dance Off (dancing to parodic songs in a manner similar to Dance Central), Podracing (racing through various tracks as a podracer), and Duels of Fate (dueling other characters with lightsabers).

This game provides examples of:

  • Ascended Meme: One of the dance moves in Galactic Dance Off is called "Han Shot First".
  • Attack of the 50-Foot Whatever: In Rancor Rampage, you control a giant Rancor and stomps around on different planets to destroy everything in your path. The Rancor mimics the movement of your arms and legs as you walk in place to move, and use your arms to attack.
  • Everybody Do the Endless Loop: A 3D example; the NPCs in the Galactic Dance Off does this a lot.
  • Go-Karting with Bowser: In the Galactic Dance Off, the player can have a dance-off with Darth Vader and Palpatine in the Emperor's throne room.
  • "I Am" Song: "I'm Han Solo", a song that showcases the character's confident nature and plans for what to do after being freed from carbonite.
  • Song Parody: The Galactic Dance Off mode features several real-life songs with lyrics rewritten to fit Star Wars more.
  • Video Game Cruelty Potential: The Rancor Rampage mode has you control a Rancor, destroying buildings. It can also jump on, throw, or devour people/droids.
