Conjoined is a Homebrew Video Game by Jason Stanuci of Gemintronic. It's a Video Game Adaptation of Conjoined by Joe Grisaffi.

The game has you play as Stanley, a man in love with a woman named Alina, who has a conjoined twin named Alisa who's also a murderer. In order to save his relationship, Stanley has decided he needs to separate the two. To do that, he'll need to collect a scalpel, an iron, hedge clippers, and gauze. And to get those, he needs to collect the hearts that Alina throws his way, and avoid the broken hearts and knives that Alisa throws at him.

The game was funded on Kickstarter on June 30th, 2016. It was shipped to its backers from September 21st to November 28th of the same year.

Conjoined contains examples of:

  • Blackground: The game has this.
  • Endless Game: After you've separated Alina and Alisa, you start the game over from the beginning to collect the stuff and separate them all over again.
  • Heart Symbol: These will scroll across the screen. Stanley needs to collect the whole ones thrown by Alina, and avoid the broken ones thrown by Alisa.
  • Life Meter: On the bottom-left corner of the screen are four hearts that symbolize Stanley's health.
  • Skeleton Motif: The Wall of Death on the operation level has a picture of a skull on it.
