Getting a hacker

Capt. Chen of the PLA is trying to persuade the FBI to allow convicted hacker Nicholas Hathaway to join in the investigation. He's convinced that a hacker like him can turn up substantial leads on who's responsible for making malicious hacks since the person is using the RAT code the two men did back at MIT.
