Galactic Council scene (2/2)

Continuing from part one, the Grand Councilwoman also reveals that Jumba is the leading expert on metamorphosis, programming Stitch with the code that would transform him into "an unstoppable monstrosity", and the Jaboodies want to capture Stitch to harness his power and win their war. The Woolagongs also hacked into their systems and got the same data, wanting Stitch for themselves, too. As a result, the United Galactic Federation has decided to send Jumba and Pleakley, who know Stitch the most, to Earth against their will to bring him to them, lest they want to be sent to the UGF's new work camp, Eternal 12. (And it looks like Hämsterviel has been sent there since he got arrested again after the Leroy incident.)
