Minthara

As Karlach slowly dies from the infernal engine failing by the end of the game, a romanced Minthara offers to accompany her back to Avernus to keep her alive and go after Zariel together. But if Karlach insists on dying rather than to go back to the Nine Hells, the drow soon breaks into tears knowing that she's doomed to lose her lover and opts to accompany Karlach in her final moments instead.
