Miraclonizer

Much like with Hawk Moth and Mayura, he is a villain who gets to wield a miraculous and abuses its power. With the Eagle miraculous, Miraclonizer "frees" HeroeZ United from their moral restraints - Majestia's self-control, Knightowl's restraint towards minor offenses, Victory's Heroic Vow to uphold civil liberties, Doorman's code of ethics - leaving New York City defenseless to Hawk Moth's machinations.
