• What Could Have Been: The last issue of teen Jean's comic ended with a Sequel Hook, as she met her adult self (who had just resurrected). According to the author, the meeting would be seen in the first X-Men Red annual, which would be focused on the period between the ending of Phoenix Resurrection: The Return of Jean Grey and the first issue, with Jean meeting back all the people important to her. However, the annual did not include such a meeting.
