  • Colbert Bump: The hacking incident of September 2022 which resulted in large amounts of profanity being sent to all players via the in-game announcement system was reported on by various mainstream gaming news websites along with a video by Cr1TiKaL, resulting in the game receiving huge amounts of unprecedented attention in the days following the event.
  • Development Gag: There was once a bug that caused every pet dropped by a boss to be named "Baby Abbey". Long after it was fixed, some updates featured quests where you have to fight a boss to retrieve a lost animal. Two instances of this have the boss mentioning that they have named it "Baby Abbey."
  • Dummied Out: In early 2023, there was a bug where you could trigger an unused shop that allowed the player to type in RGB (red, green and blue between 0 and 255) values to get precise colors for their gear. Currently, you can only choose from some pre selected colors. This wasn't intended to be released by the developers as it could only be accessed be a glitch. Players told people to approach the area, switch to pet mode and interact with the vendor, they'd access a different menu. Unfortunately, it wasn't very functional and very unfinished (for example, you were able to type numbers well above 255, and they'd integer overflow, and the ability to actually change colors wasn't implemented yet). Since then, the glitch to do this was patched out, and it's unknown if it will be implemented back into the game officially.
  • Urban Legend of Zelda: This game has quite a few, depending on who you ask. These were especially spread around those who didn't have a membership.
    • Some people said that if you spoke the name of a world in game while in your dorms and then left through the door (like saying "Krokotopia"), it would supposedly bypass the membership requirement and allow you to explore the world.
    • Early in the game, you can find a waterfall that hides the death school. However, you can't actually go there unless you get a key later on in the story. To do that, you need a membership (or buy Firecat Alley and Cyclops Lane with crowns). For the nonmember players who didn't do so, this door has been a subject of rumors. Some people suggested there could be a hidden boss, or it's where you fight Malistaire for the final time. Of course, if you have a friend that has the death school unlocked, you can literally just teleport there even without a membership.
    • Some guides online suggested standing to the left or right of Dalia Falmea (the fire school teacher) and spinning exactly 3 times would give you 10 times your gold amount.
    • Lots of buildings in the game have doors that you aren't able to enter, leading to even more speculation from players.
      • For example, some have said that the house near the Bazaar sells forbidden items like a ring that gives 100 damage or exchanges gold for crowns.
      • Another theory is that hidden in Grizzleheim is a place where you can buy levels.
      • Or you could dance on a grave at a very specific time and you'd get lots of crowns and special clothing that you couldn't get anywhere else after entering a house that normally cannot be entered.
    • Near the end of Azteca (as well as the PvP arena that is designed based on that world) has falling meteors that fall everywhere around the main area. People have suggested that if you get hit by them, your wizard gets killed for real (similar to Pokégods) or reset to level one.
    • On the thought of Pokémon, some people have noticed that you can say the Pokémon Abra, Kadabra and Alakazam in text chat, leading them to believe that somewhere in the game, it's possible to fight them, or there would be some kind of Pokémon themed side quest.
    • Some people believe that there are lots of things you can do with specific inputs in order to cause certain things to happen.
      • For example, if you were to click a very specific area while selecting to cast a spell on an enemy, it would never fizzle.
      • Or if you hold certain arrow keys, you'd increase the damage that you dealt while decreasing the damage that an enemy does to you.
      • An old rumor (especially around PvP circles) suggested that if you clicked the dance emote while the match countdown was taking place, you'd always get the first turn in a battle.
    • Sometimes while test realm (an alternate server by the developers allowing players to test new features in development) is online, bugs are found which can crash the game, like a previous update crashed the game upon opening the crafting menu. Naturally, this got trolls to tell people to press the 'J' key (shortcut to opening the crafting menu) to make something awesome happen, except it would only cause the game to crash.
    • A popular rumor suggests never picking up reagents on the ground while in a dungeon because it would lower the chance of drop rates once you got to the final boss.
